These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 668jl Casino ("668jl," "we," "us," or "the Platform"). For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on the 668jl Platform, subject to successful identity verification and compliance with eligibility requirements.
• "Balance" means the total sum of funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus funds, less amounts wagered and withdrawn.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or other incentive values credited to a Player's Account by 668jl under specific promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 668jl for all registered Players, involving submission of government-issued identification and additional supporting documents as requested.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered across eligible games before any winnings derived from that bonus may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player and freely withdrawable, distinct from Bonus Funds subject to Wagering Requirements.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension pending verification. All submitted identity documents are handled in accordance with the 668jl Privacy Policy.

By completing registration, you warrant that all information provided — including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and government ID details — is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any remaining Balance.

Each individual person may hold only one registered Account on the 668jl Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where 668jl identifies duplicate Accounts, all associated Accounts may be suspended, any outstanding bonus balances will be voided, and the matter may be referred to relevant Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. 668jl strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Philippine mobile number. You must notify 668jl's customer support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

668jl shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, shall be treated as your activity unless and until you have notified 668jl of a security breach and 668jl has taken steps to secure the Account.

668jl reserves the right to close or suspend any Account, at its sole discretion, where:

• The Player is found to have breached any provision of this Agreement;
• KYC verification cannot be completed satisfactorily;
• Suspicious activity consistent with fraud, money laundering, or collusion is identified;
• The Player requests Account closure under the responsible gaming self-exclusion procedure;
• Continued operation of the Account would expose 668jl to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

668jl Casino accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per period, depending on the payment method and the Player's Account verification status.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the same name as the 668jl Account. Third-party deposits — deposits made from a payment account belonging to another individual — are not permitted. 668jl reserves the right to return any deposit that cannot be matched to the Account holder's verified identity and to suspend the Account pending investigation.

668jl does not charge transaction fees on standard GCash and Maya deposits. Third-party payment processors may apply their own fees, for which 668jl accepts no responsibility. All funds are credited to your 668jl Account Balance in Philippine Peso.

668jl reserves the right to reject any deposit or reverse a transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity mismatch, or violation of applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. In such cases, funds will be returned to the originating payment account wherever technically possible.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. Where a Player has deposited via multiple methods, 668jl may process withdrawals proportionally or request the Player to designate a primary withdrawal account.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, the Player must have completed 668jl's standard KYC verification, including submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, PhilSys national ID, or SSS/GSIS ID) and proof of ownership of the withdrawal payment account.

668jl targets the following withdrawal processing timeframes:

• GCash and Maya: Under 5 minutes for amounts up to ₱50,000;
• InstaPay and QR Ph: Under 15 minutes;
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank: 30 minutes to 2 hours during business hours;
• Large withdrawals above ₱50,000: Subject to additional verification and processed within 24 hours.

668jl does not charge withdrawal fees on standard amounts. Players are responsible for any fees levied by their own payment service provider. Withdrawals will not be processed where the Account has an outstanding KYC verification hold, an active responsible gaming restriction, or is subject to a security review.

Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement are not withdrawable and will be removed from the Balance upon a withdrawal request, along with any winnings attributable to those Bonus Funds, unless the Wagering Requirement has been fully completed.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (e.g., 20x, 30x, 40x) will be stated in the promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion.
• Only real-money wagers placed at the minimum odds or stake levels specified count toward wagering requirements. Some game categories may be excluded or may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., baccarat and certain live table games may contribute at 10%).
• Maximum bet limits apply during active bonus wagering — placing wagers above the specified maximum bet per spin or per hand while a bonus is active may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 668jl Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud: Any use of fraudulent payment methods, stolen credentials, manipulated transaction data, or misrepresentation of identity;
• Money Laundering: Using the 668jl Platform to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity, in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live poker or skill-based game formats;
• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Employing scripts, software programs, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to make decisions or place wagers on your behalf;
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, game errors, pricing discrepancies in sports betting odds, or any technical flaw to extract value beyond normal gameplay;
• Abuse of Promotions: Systematic or coordinated misuse of 668jl bonuses and promotions as described in Section 7;
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access another player's Account, the 668jl backend systems, or any restricted area of the Platform without authorization;
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified payment chargeback or dispute with a payment service provider after funds have been used on the Platform.

All content on the 668jl Platform — including but not limited to the 668jl brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and all other proprietary materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 668jl Casino or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 668jl Casino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or gambling losses beyond the amounts deposited by the Player.

668jl's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period preceding the claim.

668jl does not guarantee that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. 668jl will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Players of planned maintenance periods in advance.

668jl accepts no liability for any loss arising from Player reliance on game information, promotional materials, or third-party content displayed on the Platform that contains errors or inaccuracies, provided that 668jl took reasonable steps to verify such content at the time of publication.

668jl Casino collects, processes, stores, and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account and accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the 668jl Privacy Policy.

668jl complies with applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and ongoing use of the Platform is used for account administration, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and the delivery of personalized gaming services.

668jl reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as changes to eligibility requirements, withdrawal policies, or bonus terms — 668jl will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered Players via in-platform notification and, where appropriate, by SMS to the Player's registered Philippine mobile number.

For minor corrections, clarifications, or non-material editorial changes, 668jl may update the Terms immediately and will indicate the revised effective date at the top of this document. It is the Player's responsibility to review the current Terms periodically.

Continued use of the 668jl Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not agree to the revised Terms, they may close their Account at any time prior to the effective date of the amendment and withdraw any withdrawable Balance.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through 668jl's internal dispute resolution process described in Section 16.

Nothing in this Section shall prevent 668jl from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect 668jl's legal rights or to prevent immediate harm.

668jl operates a formal internal dispute resolution process. Upon receipt of a written complaint, 668jl will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
